A place for passion about rochester events
Despite the reputation as a metropolitan city, Rochester NY has always promoted the local culture. About twenty miles southwest of Rochester, there is a Genesee Country Village and Museum. The best thing about this village is that it preserves the local architecture and other old traditions like carriage museums. The festival culture is also promoted in the city and many festivals in the spring and summer are organized. For example, on the fourth of July, in summers the village is lit with fireworks.
