The company loads them back onto the truck and either drives them straight to your new address, or keeps them in a secure storage facility until you call back to request delivery. When the pods arrive at your new home, you empty them, then call for pickup, and the company takes them away. That's all. You may not even need to be home when the company drops off and picks up the pods. Although pods are excellent any time you are moving house, they are exceptionally well suited to moves in which you will not be moving into your new home immediately.
